Pros:　
Great phone. All of the option I want and more without paying US prices. Phone is superfast and the screen resolution is amazing. Camera takes excellent pictures and the speaker is above average. Two batteries is great. Now everyone in may family is searching this site for a new phone. Excellent service and delivery time was quick.

Pros:　
This phone does everything I want it to do and then some. I had recently bought the Samsung Galaxy media player new for over $300. This does everything that does and it's a phone. Since I travel all over the world I needed one that would take any Sim card. The price and quality are great. I have been telling all my family and friends about this site.P.S. That Samsung on the box says it is made in China. And it did not come with a cover or spare battery like the G21. so why spend more money for a name of a product built in the same country?

Cons:　
It is not a con for me but several people have commented that the 5 inch screen is a little over the top for them to use a phone. Considering I stream netflix on it and use it as an e-reader, i got exactly what i wanted and expected

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
If you were to buy this product at a store in the U.S. and paid for the accessories. That alone would have added $100 to your checkout price. This phone works great and is well worth the price.
