Pros:　
I recently purchased two of these tablets - one for each of my parents who are both in their late 60's. I was very impressed with the quality and usability of these items. Great looking, very user friendly for my parents to navigate, very good resolution. I had a few questions relating to my orders and found the customer service above average also. I opted to use EMS shipping and received the goods just a week later. Very prompt, courteous and friendly responses to each email which is a pleasant change when purchasing over the internet - especially from overseas. Will buy from you again, in fact I'm placing my next order now. Thank you.

None that I have found so far.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
Although I found the instruction manual sufficient myself, a more detailed user guide would be very helpful for those perhaps not so technology proficient.

Pros:　
Hardware
- All stated features are in good working order but i cannot find the 3G though
- Touch screen ( Resistive ) works fine with a stylus and even finger nails
- Watching videos on this device is good as well with the 10.1 inch screen

Software
- Applications work as they should but cannot be updated in the google play store due to some error downloading it ( Not sure if others have it )

Delivery
- Arrived as expected with no delay although the order got screwed up along the way and got canceled by accident, the support was able to get it back on track and send it to me on time.
Good job on that!

Cons:　
Hardware
- I got one with a faulty USB port but the other USB port is working fine

Software
- You cannot download any applications on the google play store ( well at least for me )
So you have to find an alternative store to get your apps ( PM me if you want to know which store i used )

Pros:　
first of all i want to give a compliment about the shipping to the netherlands, within 2 weeks the tablet arrived.My wife is in her last weeks of pregnancy so its great it arrived so fast.
the tablet itself is very easy to use, it took about 1 minute for getting on the internet via wifi, it reacts smoothly when you touch the screen. will recomend it to all my friends
